Tell me what you like about your rug from RugSpot?
It is the best quality shag pile I’ve seen for some time without spending over $1000 for a rug. We bought 4 samples of different rugs to ensure we got the right product style and colour which was really helpful. The one we thought was a good match online turned out to be the worst match in real life so having the samples was a godsend. We have spent many months trying to find the right rug and the cheapest we saw was $399 for a smaller rug of lesser quality. This rug is larger and cheaper and better quality than all the others we have seen.

What did you like most about buying a rug from RugSpot?
The ease of choosing on the website online – we organised 4 samples, chose the right colour and ordered it on line. The rug arrived in about 3 days which was excellent.
How did your RugSpot experience differ from other rug stores and websites?
Website was easy to navigate, you could get a zoomed in close up of the rug texture to ensure it was right and having feeler samples is an excellent idea and a must for anyone to choose properly.
Were you satisfied with the service from RugSpot?
Yes extremely satisfied with the speed and quality of service.
Would you buy again from RugSpot and would you recommend RugSpot to a friend?
Yes most certainly. I have already recommended you to all my work colleagues who are Interior Designers and we are considering using the rugs on our retail fitout projects in the future – such as Hugo Boss.

What did you like most about buying a rug from RugSpot?
The service from this organisation is just superior, if you are looking at buying a rug online you MUST purchase from here. The service people are just amazingly helpful…I have never come across such great service online before.
How did your RugSpot experience differ from other rug stores and websites?
The website was very intuitive and easy to navigate and when I was unsure of the type of rug to purchase the website provided a number you could call (something that you do not often see on sales/purchasing website). The person that answered the phone knew the products extremely well and assisted in the process…and at one point even phoned back to ensure that I was happy with my choice (I kept changing my mind) before taking the final purchase order.
Were you satisfied with the service from RugSpot?
The service was immediate, when I called and explained that I needed a rug immediately as I was selling my house and needed it for staging, the sales team ensured I had it delivered the next day. And it arrived on time by a very friendly transport company.
Would you buy again from RugSpot and would you recommend RugSpot to a friend?
I would definitely purchase again and I encourage all my friends to share the same experience. From purchase to delivery, all the staff were friendly, obliging and helpful. I would easily say that this was the best experience I have ever had purchasing online. So thank you very much!

What did you like most about buying a rug from RugSpot?
I was very satisfied with communication with RugSpot as I got my answers the next day, which helped me in the purchasing process, and the rug I picked arrived in Brisbane in record time (just 3 days).
How did your RugSpot experience differ from other rug stores and websites?
I really like the Rugspot website and the great selection of rugs (especially traditional Persian style ones), most of which I have not seen anywhere else, even after exploring many different and well known websites for a long time. Very nice, rich and unique designs and colours at very affordable prices and cheap delivery fees.

I required a rug of reasonable quality and colour/texture scheme to match the bamboo floor in my house that I had just been fitted. The local rug/carpet shops could not meet my needs in both the colour/texture and price range that I had in mind.

It was the first time that I have bought a rug on line and I would recommend it if the you are clear on what the type of rug it is that you require. It saved a lot of time that I would otherwise have to have spent visiting rug shops – eg visited 3 rug shops with no luck.

The online process of ordering rug was straight forward and the rug arrived at my home within the advised time schedule.
