Shipping and Handling
At RugSpot we use several transport and courier companies to deliver our goods to you. Our system automatically selects the most efficient and cost effective method of delivery depending on the type of product, its weight, size (volume) and value.
All packages can be tracked through their journey to you. We strongly recommend that you provide us with a delivery address where someone is available to sign for the goods during business hours as additional charges apply if multiple delivery attempts are made.
All goods in stock are dispatched within 3 business days and will usually arrive within 2-8 business days depending on your suburb.
Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled.
Orders of $300 and more are shipped to the nearest capital City “Free of Charge”. If your address falls outside the metro area then, you’ll pay for delivery.
The following Do Not qualify for free shipping:
- Orders with a value of less than $300
- Shipping charges to and from you for returns under 30 days money back guarantee (See 30 day Money back guarantee)
Couriers deliver during business hours Mon-Fri (except Public Holidays). We do not control the courier’s delivery schedule and cannot specify a particular time of delivery. The courier delivery times depends on their route and daily loading and your address.
The couriers may charge for re-delivery if you’re not available to receive and sign for the goods during business hours. We will, unfortunately, have to pass these additional charges to over to you.
We strongly suggest you provide us with an address where someone is available to accept the goods during business hours. Alternatively, you may request the courier to leave the goods on your doorstep without signature by ticking the “Authority to Leave box on shopping cart page” . We will not accept any responsibility for loss or damage of your goods if elect this option.
P.O Box Address
Our couriers will not deliver to P.O. Box as they will require a signature to hand over the goods.
